It lets businesses run bulk WhatsApp campaigns on the official Meta API, manage a shared team inbox, build chatbots, design and send email campaigns, and track every conversation — all from a single dashboard.
How much does AzxInbox cost?
AzxInbox costs a flat ₹799/month platform fee which includes both WhatsApp CRM and Email CRM. The first 100 emails each month are free; beyond that you buy email tokens at ₹0.10 per email. WhatsApp Business API conversation charges are billed separately by Meta.
Do you offer a free trial?
A paid subscription is required to access WhatsApp CRM. You can cancel anytime — there is no lock-in or setup fee.
Is AzxInbox official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. AzxInbox uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business API, so there is no risk of bans associated with unofficial tools. You connect your verified WhatsApp Business number directly.
Can I send bulk WhatsApp messages?
Yes. You can send bulk, personalised WhatsApp campaigns to unlimited contacts using Meta-approved templates, with full delivery, read and reply analytics.
What is included in the Email CRM?
The Email CRM includes a drag-and-drop email designer, an HTML editor, contact lists with CSV import, campaign scheduling, mail warmup, SMTP/API sending, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, and open/click tracking.
How are email tokens charged?
The first 100 emails every month are free. After that, 1 token = 1 email = ₹0.10 (10 paise). Tokens never expire; only the 100 free monthly emails reset each month.
Can I use only WhatsApp CRM without Email CRM?
Yes. Email CRM can be enabled or disabled per workspace from settings at no extra platform cost — it is a toggle, not an add-on charge.
Is my data secure?
AzxInbox uses the Meta-approved API, encrypts stored credentials, keeps audit logs, and isolates every workspace. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay; we never store your card details.
